Breath Work – Yogi full breath – breathe in through the nose, hands on stomach, making sure your stomach muscles come forward as you breathe in. Count um1 um1 um3 um4 um5 to breath in, um1 um1 um3 um4 um5 to exhale, letting stomach and diaphragm come in.

Do visualization – picture yourself at the beach, climbing down a set of cliff stairs to the sand. With each step you go deeper and deeper down to the beach.

Picture your positive realistic self in the sunlight, being bathed in its energy and brightness, healing energy of the beach, with the gentle winds blowing, think positive thoughts about yourself and your accomplishments, even doing these things for yourself, finding your way, finding your path, both spiritually and intentionally, and what a beautiful person you are – inside and out…be your own best friend.
